MOSCOW, Jan 13 (PRIME) -- Russia must force platforms like Google to make money receipt transparent, Vyacheslav Volodin, speaker of the State Duma, the parliament’s lower house, said on Thursday.
“As to Google, which as a search engine-aggregator allows the people to collect money … let’s make it transparent – what people and from which countries. There is no such transparency now,” Volodin said.
“Google does not pay taxes in our country and our budget does not receive tens of billion rubles. Maybe, hundreds. The whole E.U. is after it to make it pay taxes in France.”
